Key Areas of Impact

Creative Concept & Execution

  • Campaign Translation: Convert marketing and seasonal campaigns into compelling visual merchandising (VM) concepts that resonate with luxury consumers.
  • End-to-End Management: Oversee the full execution of window displays, in-store floor layouts, signage, and collateral across the national store footprint.
  • Trend Innovation: Stay ahead of global luxury merchandising trends to introduce fresh, innovative ideas that keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Operational Excellence

  • Consistency & Standards: Partner closely with Area and Store Managers to ensure that VM standards are implemented consistently and maintained at a high level.
  • Store Training: Conduct training sessions to inspire and equip store teams with the skills to deliver “brand-perfect” execution daily.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to ensure displays are not only beautiful but effectively highlight key features and benefits.

National Coordination

  • Store Travel: Travel nationwide to various branches to lead new store openings, seasonal refreshes, and special event setups.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as a confident communicator who can influence store teams and management to adhere to the visual brand identity.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Brand Marketing.
  • Sector Background: Background in luxury retail is essential (homeware or premium lifestyle brands are a significant advantage).
  • Technical Skill: A strong grasp of color theory, spatial design, styling, and consumer psychology.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a genuine willingness to travel nationwide.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends or public holidays when required for major store launches or refreshes.
