Role Overview
Creative TC is a premier consulting firm providing expert guidance to real estate investors navigating non-traditional transactions. We are seeking a Contract Specialist (CS) who is a master of detail, a sharp problem-solver, and a confident communicator.
In this vital role, you will be the frontline architect of time-sensitive real estate contracts. You won’t just be “filling out forms”—you will be reviewing complex write-up requests, conducting client video consults, and ensuring every document is legally sound and strategically aligned with the client’s goals.
Key Contributions & Responsibilities
- Rapid Contract Fulfillment: Produce accurate, comprehensive real estate documents within a strict three-business-hour turnaround window.
- Client Consultation: Field up to six video-based general consults or walkthroughs per day via Zoom.
- Proactive Research: Review inbound requests and proactively gather missing information through online research, phone calls, and email.
- CRM Management: Meticulously maintain client records to ensure the Transaction Manager has a seamless hand-off briefing.
- Quality Control: Exercise exceptional attention to detail (as vital as a fuel injector to an engine) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Participate in roleplay sessions and create training materials to elevate the team’s collective expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in operational project management, document review, or paralegal services.
- Communication: Fluent/Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) with the confidence to lead video meetings.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex end-goals into clear, actionable steps under little to no supervision.
- Urgency: A high sense of urgency and the ability to manage time effectively to meet critical workflows.
Preferred Experience
- Extensive background in customer-facing roles involving video calls.
- Experience in paralegal services, specifically amending contracts or reviewing professional legal content.
Technology Requirements
To succeed in this 100% remote role, you must have:
- High-speed, stable internet (Non-negotiable).
- Hardware: HD webcam, dual monitors, and a noise-canceling headset.
- Power Backup: Reliable UPS or backup power system to remain online during loadshedding.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time), Monday – Friday. Occasional weekend/evening work for rush orders.
- Salary: $1,100 – $1,500 USD per month (Paid via ACH direct deposit).
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and bonuses for off-hours rush fulfillment.
