Key Responsibilities
- Storefront Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in Seller Central/Vendor Central, ensuring 100% compliance with Amazon’s evolving policies.
- Listing Optimization: Craft high-converting titles, bullet points, and A+ content. Utilize SEO best practices to dominate search rankings.
- PPC & Advertising: Design, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, focusing on aggressive ROI and lowered ACoS.
- Inventory Logistics: Monitor FBA stock levels to avoid stockouts and coordinate shipments to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to analyze market trends, competitor movements, and sales KPIs.
- Brand Integrity: Manage customer reviews, resolve account disputes, and maintain a 5-star brand reputation.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller/Vendor Central).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or equivalent e-commerce analytics suites.
- AdTech Skills: Proven track record in managing Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills (US-facing).
- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service and troubleshooting account health issues.
