🎯 Purpose of the Role
As an Outreach Coordinator, you are the bridge between scaling e-commerce brands and the creators who make them go viral. Your goal is to identify high-potential TikTok influencers, initiate professional partnerships, and manage the administrative flow of influencer marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in helping brands build social proof and drive revenue through authentic creator collaborations.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
- Strategic Research: Identify and shortlist TikTok creators who align with specific client goals, brand aesthetics, and target demographics.
- Engagement: Craft and send professional, high-converting outreach messages based on proven guidelines.
- Communication Management: Manage complex communication threads, handle follow-ups, and track response rates to ensure no partnership opportunity is missed.
Data & Campaign Coordination
- Database Management: Keep influencer databases updated with accurate contact info, pricing, and campaign status.
- Project Tracking: Assist in organizing campaign timelines and ensuring all creator deliverables are met on schedule.
- Reporting: Help compile performance reports to show clients the impact of their influencer strategies.

- Experience: At least 1 year in influencer outreach, social media management, or administrative support for digital marketing.
- Platform Savvy: Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, the “creator economy,” and platform-specific features.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a “professional yet friendly” tone.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and conversations simultaneously.
- Availability: Must be able to work Full-time during U.S. business hours.
