Role Overview
Join the global leader in cryptocurrency accessibility! CoinFlip operates the worldโs largest network of crypto kiosks across the globe, including the US, Canada, Australia, and South Africa. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative based in South Africa to support our growing international user base.
In this role, you arenโt just answering phones; you are a digital currency ambassador. You will educate new users on blockchain technology, troubleshoot technical hardware issues with our ATMs, and provide a “white-glove” service experience across phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Provide world-class assistance via phone, chat, email, and SMS to our global ATM and App customer base.
- Crypto Education: Guide new users through their digital currency journey, providing clear and patient education on how to use crypto safely.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve functional issues with ATMs and mobile applications; report trends to the global engineering team.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to security and compliance standards in every transaction.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in both Spanish and English (Non-negotiable).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Literacy: Competent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot iOS and Android platforms.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 WPM.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts.
Bonus Points For:
- Basic knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Blockchains.
- 1โ2 years of contact center experience.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot) or cloud-based software (Five9, NICE).
- Experience working in a compliance-heavy environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: R18,000 per month.
- Night Shift Allowance: R3,000 per month.
- Travel/Connectivity Allowance: R1,000 per month.
- Total Monthly CTC: R22,000.
