Key Performance Areas
Customer Experience & Service
- Service Excellence: Provide friendly, fast, and professional service to every customer, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
- Communication: Use good verbal communication skills to take orders accurately and explain menu items to guests.
- Speed of Service: Maintain a high pace of service without compromising on quality, especially during busy mall rush hours.
Food Preparation & Quality
- Menu Execution: Prepare menu items strictly according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure “flame-grilled perfection” every time.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure that every product received by the customer is exactly what they ordered and meets Pedros’ quality standards.
Hygiene & Food Safety
- Cleanliness: Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in the dining and service areas according to SOP.
- Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to protect our customers and the brand.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements
- Education: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a Restaurant or Fast-Food Service environment.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal communication.
