As a VAS Admin Clerk at the Boxer Head Office, you serve as the critical administrative link between service providers, the VAS department, and the retail network. You will manage the backend logistics for high-impact services such as pension payouts, lay-byes, and RICA registrations. This role is highly analytical, requiring a blend of finance knowledge and operational support to ensure that Boxer stores deliver seamless value-added services to their customers.
๐ Key Responsibilities
Finance & Reconciliation
- Data Auditing: Reconcile complex supplier data against internal Cube system reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Payments: Prepare accurate and timely supplier/vendor payments while ensuring total compliance with internal financial processes.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across the business to track VAS trends.
Operational Support & Logistics
- Stock Management: Monitor and report on store performance and stock levels for VAS products, including GVS (Gift Vouchers) and lay-bye cards.
- Pension Payouts: Plan and coordinate the logistics for pension payouts, liaising with regional managers and financial institutions.
- Technical Support: Assist stores with RICA registrations, device support, and general VAS-related queries.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Communication: Act as the primary administrative bridge between external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Service Feedback: Manage communication regarding product updates and gather service feedback to ensure excellence in delivery.

- Education: A Diploma in Finance or Accounting is essential.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a finance support or administrative role.
