We are looking for an Admin Operations Manager to lead our Menlyn team. In this role, you aren’t just managing a store; you are ensuring that the back-of-house engine of a high-performance retail environment runs with the precision and excellence associated with the Apple brand.

- Back-of-House Mastery: Take full responsibility for ensuring that iStore operations run effectively and optimally.

Experience & Requirements
- Education: A completed Matric is essential; a Tertiary Qualification is highly advantageous.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading teams in a complex, high-turnover retail environment.
- Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and admin-led risk control.
- Mindset: A desire to learn quickly, stay agile, and thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced flagship store.
