iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with a footprint of over 30 physical and online stores providing expert advice, authorized repairs, and technical support. We are looking for an Admin Operations Manager to lead our Menlyn team. In this role, you aren’t just managing a store; you are ensuring that the back-of-house engine of a high-performance retail environment runs with the precision and excellence associated with the Apple brand.

  • Back-of-House Mastery: Take full responsibility for ensuring that iStore operations run effectively and optimally.

  • System Optimization: Continuously review and enhance systems and processes to align with the evolving needs of the business.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Requirements

  • Education: A completed Matric is essential; a Tertiary Qualification is highly advantageous.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading teams in a complex, high-turnover retail environment.
  • Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and admin-led risk control.
  • Mindset: A desire to learn quickly, stay agile, and thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced flagship store.
