Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performance team where every staff member is empowered to reach “MVP” status.
- Operational Excellence: Overlook daily store operations, ensuring the brand’s standards are met in merchandising, stock control, and customer service.
- Performance Driving: Utilize the company incentive schemes to drive sales and meet quarterly KPIs.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Management Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a retail management role.
- Retail Background: 3 – 4 years of general retail experience.
- Industry Knowledge: A passion for sports and technical sports apparel is highly advantageous.
- Site Specifics: Prior experience in a Factory Outlet environment is preferred.
