๐ Duties & Responsibilities
Learning & Qualification
- Academics: Complete all theoretical learning modules and submit assessments on time to earn your NQF 4 qualification.
- Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with industry experts to learn about funeral insurance, health, savings, and retirement solutions.
Operations & Client Service
- Administration: Collate, compile, and distribute documents according to company standards.
- Client Experience: Attend to customer queries professionally to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Problem Solving: Screen and route queries to the correct stakeholders and assist in resolving client issues.
- Reporting: Timeously complete all administrative duties and reports related to the sales role.

- Education: Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
- Citizenship: South African citizen by birth.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
