Metropolitan, a financial services giant with a 127-year legacy, is looking for ambitious unemployed youth to join their 2026 Learnership intake. This programme is a bridge into the insurance industry, combining theoretical study with practical workplace experience. Successful learners will have the opportunity to earn a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification, making them highly employable in the financial sector.


๐Ÿ”‘ Duties & Responsibilities

Learning & Qualification

  • Academics: Complete all theoretical learning modules and submit assessments on time to earn your NQF 4 qualification.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with industry experts to learn about funeral insurance, health, savings, and retirement solutions.

Operations & Client Service

  • Administration: Collate, compile, and distribute documents according to company standards.
  • Client Experience: Attend to customer queries professionally to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Problem Solving: Screen and route queries to the correct stakeholders and assist in resolving client issues.
  • Reporting: Timeously complete all administrative duties and reports related to the sales role.

  • Education: Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
  • Citizenship: South African citizen by birth.
  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
