The Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you are essential to maintaining the seamless operations of our flagship environments. You will provide world-class service, assist our discerning clientele in finding the perfect footwear and apparel, and ensure our prestigious brand standards are upheld during peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Service
- Premium Experience: Deliver an outstanding shopping journey by providing expert product knowledge on our footwear, apparel, and the Verve fragrance.
- Personalised Styling: Foster strong customer relationships through attentive, personalised service and styling advice.
- Professionalism: Represent the brand’s luxury standards through consistent enthusiasm and a sophisticated demeanor.
Operational & Cash Control
- Transactional Accuracy: Perform cash desk duties efficiently while ensuring zero variances in all banking processes.
- Stock Integrity: Execute daily stock procedures, including weekly stock counts and meticulous shoe-pairing exercises.
- Fulfillment: Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring the storeroom is organized for peak efficiency.
Peak Performance
- Work collaboratively with the permanent team to drive sales success during weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of retail experience (Luxury or fashion retail experience is highly preferred).
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.
- Numerical Ability: Strong numerical skills for accurate transaction handling.
