Based at the head office in Paarl, you will be mentored to understand how visual communication drives sales across 100+ retail branches and a growing e-commerce platform. Creative Execution & Design

  • Promotional Content: Design and adapt high-quality promotional materials for both physical in-store displays and digital platforms.
  • Format Management: Create and resize artwork across multiple formats to ensure brand consistency at every customer touchpoint.
  • Brand Integrity: Apply Agrimarkโ€™s brand standards, focusing on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to maintain a professional identity.

Commercial Retail Integration

  • Campaign Rollouts: Assist the marketing and operations teams in the logistical rollout of national campaigns.
  • Performance Design: Learn how creative execution directly supports sales performance and retail throughput.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Use performance feedback and campaign data to refine and improve future creative outputs.

Collaboration & Rotation

  • Cross-functional Teams: Work alongside supply chain, marketing, and retail operations to align visual content with stock availability.
  • Business Exposure: Participate in job rotations to understand the “can-do” culture of the KAL Group across different business units.

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Compulsory: A Portfolio of completed design work (academic or professional projects).
  • Attributes: * Deep understanding of brand guidelines and typography.
    • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
    • Willingness to rotate through different departments.
