Front of House & Switchboard
- First Impressions: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client hospitality standards are met.
- Access Control: Manage visitor registration, issue access cards, and uphold security protocols.
- Communication: Operate the switchboard, directing calls accurately and managing message relays with a high level of telephone etiquette.
Meeting Centre Coordination
- Scheduling: Manage digital booking systems for meeting rooms and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Team Synergy: Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and IT/technical teams to ensure rooms are perfectly prepared for every session.
- Escalation: Monitor room usage and escalate facility-related issues to the Facilities Management team.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Clerical Tasks: Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and managing courier arrangements.
- Reporting: Support the Facilities team with logs, front-of-house documentation, and reporting.
- Compliance: Adhere to site safety and emergency procedures, assisting with visitor tracking during evacuations.

- Education: Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
- Experience: * 2โ3 years in a reception, front-of-house, or switchboard role (Preferred).
- Experience in a corporate environment, ideally within facilities management or client-focused services.
