This is a high-level technical leadership role for a cloud expert who thrives on Microsoft’s newest technologies. You will be responsible for building the “modern data stack,” migrating and unifying data into Microsoft Fabric to power real-time business intelligence and global operations. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will mentor a team while remaining deeply involved in architecture and coding.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Pipeline Engineering
- Cloud Pipelines: Design and implement scalable pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Unified Fabric Environment: Leverage Microsoft Fabric components, specifically OneLake for storage and Data Activator for automated actions.
- Modern Ingestion: Integrate complex data from Dynamics 365 Business Central and other platforms to support finance and operations.
Analytics & AI
- Visualization: Develop high-performance Power BI Dashboards, Dataflows, and Paginated Reports.
- Predictive Tech: Use AI tools for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated data quality checks.
- Real-time Insights: Ensure data is processed and delivered for live business intelligence.
DevOps & Optimization
- Automation: Implement incremental data loading and CI/CD pipelines to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Version Control: Manage the full deployment lifecycle using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications (Mandatory):
- DP-203: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
- DP-700: Fabric Data Engineer Associate.
- Experience:5+ years of deep technical experience in:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Expert-level knowledge of Azure and Snowflake.
- Microsoft Fabric: Proficient in OneLake and Data Factory.
- Power BI: Advanced dashboarding and dataflow management.
- DevOps: Proven experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.
