The Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you are an essential part of our retail success. You will provide world-class service, assist customers in finding their perfect footwear and accessories, and ensure our high standards are maintained during the most active trading hours.
Key Responsibilities
Premium Customer Service
- Personalised Engagement: Deliver a premium shopping experience through expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with our customers through a professional and enthusiastic approach.
- Luxury Standards: Ensure every interaction reflects the prestige and quality of our world-renowned brands.
Operational Precision
- Cash Desk Duties: Perform transactions efficiently with a focus on zero variances and precise banking processes.
- Stock Integrity: Execute daily stock procedures, including weekly counts and meticulous shoe-pairing exercises.
- Store Organisation: Maintain a highly organised storeroom and ensure customer orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the permanent team to ensure seamless store operations during peak periods, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of retail experience (Experience in luxury or fashion retail is highly preferred).
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.
- Numerical Ability: Strong numerical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Attributes: * A passion for high-end fashion and premium footwear.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
