Role Purpose

We are looking for a technically sharp, detail-oriented Website Content Manager to support our field-service and workflow SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You aren’t just an admin; you are a technical problem-solver who understands the mechanics of websites, DNS, and complex automations. You will guide our customers—service-based business owners—through onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting to ensure their digital presence and workflows are seamless.


Key Areas of Impact

Technical Website Support (Must-Have)

  • Builder Proficiency: Support and guide customers using no-code/low-code builders, specifically GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, or Webflow.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common web issues, including domain connection errors, publishing failures, broken pages, and mobile responsiveness.
  • DNS Management: Confidently navigate domain/DNS concepts to help clients connect their landing pages and funnels.

SaaS Platform & CRM Management

  • GoHighLevel Operations: Manage GHL-specific configurations, including automations, triggers, pipelines, and calendars.
  • Onboarding: Lead users through account setup, user permissions, and workflow configurations.
  • API & Integrations: Troubleshoot basic API-related issues and third-party integrations within the SaaS ecosystem.

Customer Success & Documentation

  • Technical Translation: Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business owners via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge Management: Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions to improve the platform’s internal knowledge base.

What You Need to Succeed

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Web Building: 2+ years of experience using WordPress, Webflow, or GHL website/funnel builders.
  • Technical Support: 2+ years in a technical support role for a SaaS or web-based platform.
  • Language: Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Skill Set

  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of how websites, landing pages, and forms break and how to fix them.
  • Domain Expertise: Solid grasp of DNS, CNAME records, and A-records.
  • Logical Thinking: Ability to build and troubleshoot complex workflows and automations.

System Requirements

  • Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps stable connection.
  • Hardware: 2.4 GHz processor or higher | 8 GB RAM minimum | Headset with microphone.

Schedule & Environment

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. (Applicants must be comfortable working U.S. hours).
