🏗️ Learnership Structure
The programme balances theoretical knowledge with real-world application to ensure you are workplace-ready.
- Classroom Training: Theoretical and practical training sessions held one week per month.
- Workplace Experience: Gain hands-on experience in a live operational environment for the remainder of the month.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (overtime may be required).
- Final Assessment: Participants must sit for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) at the end of the programme to obtain their certificate.

- Panel Interview: A face-to-face interview at a regional office.
- Assessments: Proficiency tests in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Background Check: A formal criminal record check.
