๐๏ธ Learnership Structure
The programme follows a dual-learning approach, combining theory with real-world operational exposure.
- Classroom Training: Theoretical and practical training sessions held one week per month.
- Workplace Experience: Gain hands-on experience in a live operational environment for the remaining weeks.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (overtime may be required).
- Monthly Stipend: A stipend is provided to assist with travel costs to the site where the learner is housed.
- EISA Examination: Completion of the programme requires writing the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).
