🔑 Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration (Core Focus)
- GRV Processing: Accurately process Goods Received Vouchers to ensure stock and financial records match incoming deliveries.
- Transactional Support: Handle the preparation of professional quotations and assist with basic invoicing administration.
- Payments: Capture and record payments accurately within the company’s admin systems.
Office Operations & Support
- Frontline Admin: Answer and direct phone calls professionally and manage general office filing.
- Logistics Paperwork: Assist with loading paperwork and ensuring all delivery documentation is captured correctly.
- Multitasking: Manage administrative overflow across different areas of the business as required.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Non-Negotiable (Must Have)
- Experience: 2–3 years in a general administration role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in processing GRVs.
