📅 Recruitment and Selection Process
Applicants will undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure the best fit for the programme:
- Face-to-face Interview: A panel-based interview conducted at the relevant regional office.
- Assessments: Literacy and numeracy tests to determine proficiency.
- Criminal Check: A standard background check is mandatory for all candidates.
🏗️ Learnership Structure
Participants must be prepared for a full-time commitment:
- Classroom Training: Theoretical and practical sessions held one week per month.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (overtime may be required).
- Workplace Experience: Practical training gained within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Final Assessment: Learners must sit for the EISA Examination at the end of the programme to qualify.
- Monthly Stipend: A stipend is provided to assist with travel costs to the operational site.
