Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Drive
- Service Excellence: Exceed customer expectations by utilizing professional selling techniques to guide their purchase journey.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of your individual sales targets, consistently striving to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Turnover Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize store turnover through upselling and styling.
Visuals & Store Integrity
- Visual Merchandising: Uphold our signature visual standards, ensuring the floor is curated to inspire customers and optimize sales.
- Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization to create a premium shopping environment.
- Stock Security: Adhere strictly to stock loss controls and security procedures to minimize shrinkage.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of retail experience (Lifestyle or fashion retail is highly advantageous).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a diverse customer base.
- Background: A clear criminal record is essential.

- Integrity: Absolute honesty when dealing with cash, finances, and stock.
- Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing store priorities and trends.
