🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Technical Advice: Assist customers in selecting the correct tools and machinery based on their specific needs.
- Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships by providing professional, consistent service and “total solutions.”
- Sales Targets: Contribute to the branch’s success by actively driving sales and promoting new product arrivals.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Stock Control: Participate in stock-taking and monitoring stock levels to ensure the branch never runs low on high-demand items.
- Merchandising: Arrange visual displays according to store procedures to make products accessible and appealing to customers.
- Branch Procedures: Follow general retail protocols for stock receiving, pricing, and point-of-sale transactions.

- Education: Senior Certificate (Matric) is the minimum requirement.
- Experience: * Essential: Previous exposure to a Retail (Sales) environment.
- Advantageous: Technical knowledge in DIY tools, hardware, or machinery.
