Role Overview

Raizcorp is seeking a highly competent Learning Centre Manager to lead our successful Sandton hub. This role is at the intersection of project management, education, and business development. You will be responsible for ensuring that every program within your center is fully compliant, expertly delivered, and meticulously reported on.

Our participants are entrepreneurs actively running businesses while on the program. Your challenge is to manage their participation (attendance, coaching, and learning sessions) while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity for internal management and external corporate sponsors.


Key Performance Outputs

  • 100% Programme Compliance: Master the specific compliance framework for each program (attendance, coaching, financial contributions). You are responsible for identifying slippage and taking immediate corrective action with staff and participants.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily center operations, including staff management, facility maintenance, and scheduling to ensure the branch is always functional and sessions run on time.
  • Meticulous Data & Reporting: Utilize bespoke software to track every participant. You will interpret performance data to make critical decisions and deliver insightful reports on outcomes and graduations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic People Management: Lead a diverse team of coaches, facilitators, and administrators. Investigate operational failures and maintain a culture of high accountability and excellence.

Experience & Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in structured learning environments (e.g., SETAs, learnerships, or corporate-funded training programs).
  • Compliance Mastery: Minimum of 5 years in compliance-heavy program delivery and managing sponsor/beneficiary dynamics.
  • Analytical Skills: A proven track record of working with high data volumes and a strong orientation toward meticulous reporting.
  • Education: A tertiary-level qualification is non-negotiable.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and emotional maturity to communicate effectively with high-level clients and diverse entrepreneurs.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle for local travel to client sites and program launches.
