Programme Objectives & Learning Outcomes

Strategic Business Operations

  • Resource Control: Master the effective management of high-value resources and the implementation of organizational policies.
  • Process Innovation: Explore techniques to increase productivity and quality while reducing costs across technical, guarding, and cash-processing divisions.
  • Financial Acumen: Gain a deep understanding of monthly and annual financial cycles and propose strategies for spend optimization.

Leadership & Human Capital

  • Self & Team Management: Learn the fundamentals of leading a team and managing professional individual performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Learn to liaise with external role players, including the SAPS, community leaders, and employer organizations.
  • Culture & Compliance: Understand organizational culture and stay compliant with key legislation such as the BCEA, POPI Act, and ISO standards.

Specialized Security Exposure

  • Legal Frameworks: Gain working knowledge of the PSIRA Act, Firearms Control Act, and the National Key Points (NKP) Act.
  • Operational Solutions: Propose business efficiencies for armed response, business development, and sales management.
  • Zero-Harm Culture: Immerse yourself in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and COIDA policies.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field related to the Fidelity business (Postgraduate degree is advantageous).
  • Experience: 0–1 years of work experience.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (mandatory).
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg.
  • Tech Savvy: Full computer literacy in MS Office suite.
  • Integrity: A clear criminal record is essential.
