Ellahi Consulting is seeking vibrant Car Rental Agents to join a leading rental brand at Cape Town International Airport. This is a fast-paced role that combines high-level customer service with sales and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Assist local and international travelers with vehicle rentals, providing expert advice on rates, insurance waivers, and vehicle options.
• Reservation Management: Efficiently manage bookings, coordinate pick-up/drop-off schedules, and confirm reservation details.
• Fleet Inspections: Conduct meticulous pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections to document condition and ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Contract Administration: Prepare legal rental agreements, verify driver’s licenses, and process secure payments.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive brand impression.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Valid Matric Certificate (must be able to produce the original).
• Licensing: Valid, non-expired Code 8 Driver’s License.
• Identification: South African ID.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a face-to-face, customer-facing role.
• Sales Drive: Must be naturally sales-oriented and motivated by targets.
• Reliability: You must have your own reliable transport to accommodate early/late rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
