What You Need to Succeed
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Matric is essential; a Tertiary Qualification is highly preferred.
- Sales Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid experience in retail operations and a deep understanding of leadership principles.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with a constant desire to learn and evolve.
