๐ Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Growth: Drive regional sales specifically from business customers and partners, with a heavy focus on new business initiatives.
- Market Penetration: Assist the Head of Region in expanding Trackerโs footprint and increasing market share.
- Visibility: Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer gatherings.
Team & Operational Management
- Team Performance: Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team (minimum 5 consultants) to achieve both individual and regional targets.
- Policy Oversight: Enforce and manage all sales-related processes, including activity levels, commission structures, and vehicle/fuel usage.
- Service Excellence: Oversee service delivery to existing partners and ensure the resolution of all service-related queries.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Budgeting: Manage the regional sales and financial budget for the business channel.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to regional and head office leadership.
- Contract Management: Supervise the administration of regional contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants.
- Education: A relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
