🔑 Key Responsibilities
Buying & Planning Support
- Orders & Admin: Assist the Buyer and Retail Planner with the daily administrative tasks required to keep the department running.
- Buy-Sheets: Build and maintain accurate buy-sheets and generate new product codes for the retail system.
- Pricing: Handle communication with suppliers regarding pricing updates and order status.
Logistics & Sample Tracking
- Sample Management: Track product samples through various development stages.
- Shipments: Monitor supplier shipments to ensure stock arrives on time for the new season.
Data Analysis
- Excel Reporting: Use strong numerical skills to analyze orders and sales data.
- Logical Planning: Use analytical thinking to help predict stock needs based on current trends.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree (Any relevant field).
- Sporting Passion (Essential): Must be an active golfer (with a handicap) or an active cyclist. This knowledge is vital for understanding the products.
- Skills: * Strong logical, analytical, and numerical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience: None required—this is an entry-level graduate role!
