🎯 Job Purpose
The Cleaner is responsible for the thorough cleaning and upkeep of all public and back-of-house areas. This includes entrances, doorways, sidewalks, public restrooms, staff areas, offices, kitchens, bars, and exits. You are the frontline of the resort’s first impression, ensuring a spotless environment for both guests and employees.
🔑 Main Responsibilities
Hygiene & Standards
- Area Maintenance: Ensure all assigned areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Quality Control: Must be able to clean to the specific standards set by Peermont Global.
- Scope of Work: Maintain cleanliness in diverse environments, ranging from high-traffic entrances to specialized areas like kitchens and bars.
Guest & Staff Interaction
- Professionalism: Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor; always smile and engage politely with guests, co-workers, and other property employees.
