This is an entry-level gateway into the lucrative world of automotive sales. Motus, South Africa’s largest automotive group, is looking for high-energy individuals to join their Toyota & Hino sales teams. Over the course of six months, you will be mentored and trained in the “Motus Way” of selling, learning everything from lead generation to final vehicle delivery. The goal of this programme is to equip you with the skills to become a full-time Vehicle Sales Executive.


๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities (Training Focus)

  • Sales Training: Participate in structured learning modules covering the vehicle sales cycle, financing basics, and product knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement: Learn how to welcome walk-in customers, handle telephonic inquiries, and conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds.
  • Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying potential buyers and managing the customer database.
  • Showroom Standards: Help maintain a world-class showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are correctly displayed and priced.
  • Administration: Learn to complete sales contracts, finance applications, and delivery paperwork accurately.

  • Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen.
  • Education: Matric Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 months of retail experience (this can be from any industry, such as clothing, electronics, or hospitality).
  • Integrity: Must have a clear criminal and credit record (this is essential as you will be dealing with high-value assets and financial documentation).
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy.
