🎯 Purpose of the Role
As a CIT Controller at Fidelity Cash Solutions, you are the operational command post for high-value security movements. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and timely flow of CIT routes, manage critical real-time communications, issue one-time codes (OTC), track fleet locations every hour, and monitor live security feeds to protect crews, assets, and clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities & Job Specification
Fleet Tracking & Schedule Management
- Fleet Preparation: Prepare and coordinate all vehicle and crew departures for daily operational runs.
- Route Monitoring: Constantly monitor CIT schedules and ensure all client collections/deliveries for any given day are completed.
- Hourly Tracking: Conduct live tracking control and log real-time data from drivers on an hourly basis.
Control Room & Security Operations
- OTC Code Issuance: Securely generate and issue Over-The-Counter (OTC) vault/safe access codes to authorized field crews.
- CCTV & Access Control: Monitor CCTV security feeds and oversee basic access control to maintain facility security.
- Communications: Maintain uninterrupted voice/radio contact with all drivers, field teams, and branch management.
Administration & Client Liaison
- Documentation: Keep detailed operational logs, tracking sheets, and administration files fully updated and compliant.
- Client Relations: Handle basic client inquiries and coordinate schedule adjustments professionally.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of control room experience in the security or logistics industry.
- Education & Certifications:
- PSIRA Accreditation (Minimum Grade C) is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy is compulsory (data entry, tracking systems, communication software).
- Record Checks:
- Clear criminal record (compulsory).
- Clear disciplinary record (compulsory).
