🔑 Key Responsibilities
SCM Operations & Projects
- Rotational Learning: Experience the full SCM lifecycle through rotational assignments within the Finance division.
- Project Assistance: Support departmental projects, including procurement planning, sourcing, and contract management.
- Research: Conduct market research and data analysis to support supply chain decision-making.
Administration & Compliance
- Administrative Support: Assist with the processing of orders, tender documentation, and supplier database maintenance.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure all tasks comply with SABS organisational policies, the PFMA, and professional procurement standards.
- Reporting: Submit regular progress reports and complete formal assessments to track your development.
Professional Growth
- Structured Training: Participate in development initiatives designed to sharpen your technical and soft skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet departmental objectives.
