This internship is a premier entry point for graduates into the Aftersales division of an established automotive organization. You will work alongside experienced Service Advisors, learning how to bridge the gap between technical workshop operations and high-end customer service. This role is focused on developing your skills in service administration, customer retention, and operational efficiency.


๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Liaison

  • Service Bookings: Assist in the professional intake of vehicles, ensuring all customer concerns are documented correctly.
  • Updates: Support the team by providing customers with real-time updates on their vehicle status and job card progress.
  • Satisfaction: Learn and apply techniques to maintain the high customer satisfaction scores (CSI) required by major automotive brands.

Aftersales Administration

  • Invoicing & Quotes: Gain exposure to the financial side of the workshop, including generating quotes for repairs and final service invoicing.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of service history and warranty claims.
  • Collaboration: Liaise between the workshop technicians and the parts department to ensure all necessary components are available for repairs.

Compliance & Standards

  • Quality Control: Adhere to internal brand standards and quality protocols.
  • System Usage: Use basic computer systems to track vehicle progress and update internal databases.

  • Education: Completed Degree or Diploma in any relevant field (Business, Admin, or Engineering-related fields are often beneficial).
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
