🔑 Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Customer Engagement
- First Impression: Welcome customers as they enter the dealership and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Vehicle Presentation: Support Sales Executives in preparing and presenting vehicles to potential buyers.
- Test Drives: Assist in the logistics and coordination of customer test drives.
- Standards: Ensure the showroom floor and vehicle displays remain in pristine, “brand-ready” condition.
Sales Support & Admin
- CRM Management: Assist with capturing accurate customer data into the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow-ups: Under supervision, perform follow-up calls or emails to prospective leads to keep them engaged.
- Documentation: Support the administration team with the high volume of paperwork required for vehicle sales and registrations.
Skills Development
- Product Knowledge: Participate in intensive training regarding vehicle specifications, features, and brand history.
- Process Training: Learn the legal and ethical steps of the South African vehicle sales process.

YES Programme Eligibility (Essential)
- Citizenship: South African Citizen.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Status: Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
