🎯 Purpose of the Job

This entry-level role is designed for a driven individual eager to grow within a high-pressure planning environment. As a Junior Planner, you will be the link between the warehouse, suppliers, and retail stores, ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

Stock Management & Replenishment

  • Monitoring: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while avoiding overstock.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Replenishment: Proactively manage stock flow to meet fluctuating retail demands.

Demand Forecasting & Analysis

  • Data Driven: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future product needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with retail teams to prepare for promotions and seasonal spikes (e.g., peak sports seasons).
  • Reporting: Generate reports on inventory turnover and identify slow-moving vs. high-demand items.

Order Coordination

  • Planning: Process store orders based on accurate forecasts.
  • Accuracy: Oversee picking and shipping instructions to ensure order fulfillment timelines are met.

Process Improvement

  • Support the implementation of new planning tools and help identify ways to speed up the supply chain.

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Strategic Planning, or Business Administration.
