🎯 Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the Empact Group Food Solutions facilities. This role requires a vigilant professional who can balance active physical patrolling with technical surveillance monitoring. You are the first line of defense in protecting employees, visitors, and company assets, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
🔑 Key Areas of Responsibility
Vigilance & Patrolling
- Active Patrols: Conduct regular rounds of the premises, including office buildings, entry points, and parking lots, to identify and mitigate risks.
- Access Control: Enforce security protocols by verifying IDs, managing visitor logs, and controlling building access.
- Physical Inspections: Perform routine checks on windows, doors, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access or damage.
Surveillance & Emergency Response
- Tech Monitoring: Operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems to maintain real-time situational awareness.
- Rapid Response: Act immediately in the event of alarms, disturbances, or emergencies to ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
- Emergency Leadership: Assist in evacuations and provide clear guidance to staff and visitors during high-pressure incidents.
Reporting & Documentation
- Incident Logs: Prepare detailed, accurate reports of security incidents and maintain a daily log of activities and observations.
- Communication: Liaison with management and law enforcement when necessary, providing clear and concise information.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Certification: Valid Certification in Security is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating surveillance systems, security software, and radio/communication tools.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of standing for long periods, patrolling large areas, and responding quickly to physical incidents.
