Tracker is seeking a high-energy Business Sales Manager to lead their KZN region. Responsible for driving new business, managing a team of sales consultants, and increasing market penetration. Requires 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience and 3 years in sales management.

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Growth: Drive regional sales specifically from business customers and partners, with a heavy focus on new business initiatives.
  • Market Penetration: Assist the Head of Region in expanding Trackerโ€™s footprint and increasing market share.
  • Visibility: Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer gatherings.

Team & Operational Management

  • Team Performance: Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team (minimum 5 consultants) to achieve both individual and regional targets.
  • Policy Oversight: Enforce and manage all sales-related processes, including activity levels, commission structures, and vehicle/fuel usage.
  • Service Excellence: Oversee service delivery to existing partners and ensure the resolution of all service-related queries.

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Budgeting: Manage the regional sales and financial budget for the business channel.
  • Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to regional and head office leadership.
  • Contract Management: Supervise the administration of regional contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
    • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants.
  • Education: A relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • High level of business acumen and analytical ability.
    • Powerful presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Strong personality with a genuine passion for people and sales.
