Role Purpose
We are seeking two Intermediate .NET Developers to join a high-impact digital services team dedicated to public-sector transformation. You will support the development and maintenance of transversal applications and digital platforms used by thousands of citizens. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in collaborative environments and possess a deep understanding of the Microsoft stack, specifically moving from traditional MVC toward modern Blazor architectures.
Key Areas of Impact
Full-Stack Development & Innovation
- Application Building: Design, build, and implement robust solutions using C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- Blazor Implementation: Leverage Blazor to create interactive web UIs, ensuring a seamless experience for citizen-facing digital solutions.
- Cloud Integration: Develop and debug applications within Microsoft Azure, utilizing Web Services and modern cloud-native practices.
Technical Governance & Documentation
- Documentation: Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for all code, classes, and program unit structures.
- Prototyping: Design application prototypes and define program unit structures to guide the development lifecycle.
- DevOps Excellence: Work within a structured Azure DevOps environment to manage releases and maintain code integrity.
Collaboration & Support

Technical Stack & Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) or applicable certified technical courses.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an Intermediate .NET Development role.
- Core Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- Hands-on experience with Blazor.
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
Advantageous Skills
- Certifications: Azure Developer Associate or MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer).
- Power Platform: Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
