As a Service Advisor Cadet, you will be the vital link between the customer and the mechanical workshop. You will learn the art of customer service excellence while gaining technical exposure to vehicle maintenance cycles and dealership administration.

Service Reception & Customer Liaison
- Customer Welcome: Act as the first point of contact for clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance.
- Booking Management: Schedule vehicle services and repairs based on the actual capacity of the workshop.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress, ensuring there are no “surprises” regarding completion times.
Technical Administration
- Job Cards: Open and accurately update job cards, which are the primary documents used by technicians to track repairs.
- Communication: Translate the customer’s concerns into technical instructions for the workshop technicians.
- Invoicing: Assist in preparing invoices and maintaining organized service records.
Compliance & Growth
- Process Adherence: Ensure all tasks follow strict dealership and brand protocols.
- Learning: Participate in mentorship and structured training to develop a career in aftersales.
