Role Overview

As a Service Centre Administrator, you are the bridge between technical solutions and world-class customer service. Based in our Pavilion branch, you will manage the administrative flow of the service desk, ensuring that customer repairs, technical queries, and sales opportunities are handled with precision and speed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for technical service queries, ensuring every customer receives professional and empathetic assistance.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Identify opportunities to offer value-added services or products to meeting individual and store sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the latest technology, gadgets, and services offered by Incredible Connection.
  • Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure the service centre area is organized, visually appealing, and reflects our high brand standards.
  • Operations & Security: Contribute to the safety and security of high-value stock and customer units within the service department.
  • Team Synergy: Practice effective self-management while collaborating with the floor team and technicians to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1โ€“2 years of proven experience within a fast-paced retail environment (Experience in a tech or service-related retail role is highly advantageous).
  • Skills: * Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
    • A target-driven mindset with a focus on sales growth.
    • High attention to detail regarding service records and documentation.
