As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for international patients and clients. Patient Support & Problem Solving
- Service Excellence: Provide a world-class customer experience by proactively offering solutions to patient concerns.

Performance & Knowledge Sharing

- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) pass.
- Experience: Minimum 8 months of experience working in an international BPO contact center environment is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Availability: Ability to work shifts that align with US business hours (typically afternoon/night shifts in SA).
- Attributes: Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic on-site environment.
