The Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you are a vital link in our premium service chain. You will provide world-class service to our discerning clientele, assist in finding the perfect apparel for men, women, and children, and ensure our store operations remain seamless during peak trading hours.

Exceptional Customer Experience
- Premium Service: Deliver an outstanding shopping journey by sharing expert product knowledge and GANT’s unique style heritage.
- Personalised Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through attentive service and tailored styling advice.

Operational & Cash Precision
- Financial Accuracy: Perform cash desk duties efficiently, ensuring zero variances and following banking processes with precision.
- Stock Excellence: Execute daily stock procedures, conduct weekly counts, and maintain meticulous storeroom organisation.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely fulfillment to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Dynamic Support
- Collaborate with the branch team to drive sales success during weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of retail experience (Luxury or fashion retail is highly preferred).
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.
- Numerical Ability: Strong numerical skills for accurate transaction and inventory handling.
- Attributes: * A genuine passion for high-end fashion and customer engagement.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
