Role Overview

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a hunter’s mindset? We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to represent a leading brand in the competitive Office Technology and Telecommunications market.

This role is for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a solid track record in Office Automation (OA). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying untapped market opportunities, and delivering high-impact technology solutions to a diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with both new and existing corporate clients.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategic Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from cold calling and lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the wider sales and technical teams to achieve shared organizational goals and maintain market leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Office Technology, Office Automation, or Telecommunications industry.
  • Mobility: Valid South African driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (Essential).
  • Sales Prowess: Excellent understanding of the sales cycle, strong negotiation skills, and a high closing ratio.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive, resilient attitude.
