Fidelity ADT is looking for high-energy, technically-minded Hybrid Sales Representatives to join our elite team in the Western Cape. This is not just a sales job; it is a mission to protect homes and businesses using cutting-edge security technology, from smart alarm systems to advanced CCTV and electric fencing.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can source their own leads, build long-term industry relationships, and consistently exceed targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively source and close new agreements for armed monitoring and response services.
- Solution Selling: Consult with clients to sell new alarm systems, hardware upgrades, CCTV, and electric fencing solutions.
- Target Markets: Identify and penetrate new opportunities within estates, residential complexes, and commercial developments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with estate agents, developers, architects, and builders.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quoting to final administrative processing and reporting.
Mandatory Requirements
- Certification: Active PSIRA Grade C registration.
- Technical Knowledge: Compulsory proficiency in intruder detection equipment (specifically IDS and DSC systems).
- Experience: Proven track record in security sales or capital goods (FMCG experience alone will not be considered).
- Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle are strictly required.
- Communication: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Education: Matric or equivalent.
