As a Wellness Registered Nurse at Clinix, you are responsible for more than just clinical recovery; you are a champion for holistic health. You will deliver high-quality patient care within a specialized wellness unit, blending traditional nursing with psychiatric support. ๐ Key Deliverables
Clinical Excellence & Wellness
- Holistic Care: Execute essential medical procedures for wellness wards, ensuring a compassionate environment that supports patients, families, and loved ones.
- Psychiatric Integration: Utilize specialized psychiatric nursing knowledge to manage and treat patients with complex mental health needs.
- Ward Leadership: Conduct structured ward rounds with Doctors and multi-disciplinary teams to create and evaluate customized, data-driven care plans.
Quality & Risk Management
- Compliance: Monitor nursing activities to ensure 100% adherence to SANC requirements, Group Nursing policies, and unit-specific safety protocols.
- Infection Control: Proactively drive the reduction of healthcare-associated infections through regular unit rounds and best-practice implementation.
- Reporting: Maintain meticulous patient records, medication charts, and incident reports to ensure “audit-ready” documentation.
Operational Support
- Financial Stewardship: Assist Unit Managers in controlling budget expenditure by ensuring nursing resources are used efficiently relative to patient needs.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate patient complaints or negative feedback, taking immediate corrective action to prevent recurring incidents.

- Education: * Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- SANC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant Certificate in Psychiatry (Mandatory).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience in Wellness Nursing (post-community service).
- Experience in a private healthcare environment is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- High level of Computer Literacy.
- Expertise in Records and Information Management.
- Proficiency in Problem Diagnosis and clinical reporting.
