Tracker is hiring a permanent Call Centre Administrator at their Johannesburg Head Office. This versatile role supports the Customer Experience Department through logistics management, financial administration (POs and reconciliations), rewards coordination, and executive secretarial support. Requires Matric and an Admin/Secretarial Certificate.

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Financial Administration

  • Courier Management: Oversee the courier process, compile weigh-bills for Finance, submit purchase orders timeously, and manage daily parcel distribution.
  • Procurement: Order supplies, manage vendor payments, and load purchase orders for managers.
  • Financial Control: Reconcile credit card spending and maintain meticulous records of payments and budget allocations.
  • Incentives: Manage the monthly incentive budget per department and issue rewards via the electronic program.

Internal Culture & Events

  • Rewards & Recognition: Drive, organize, and execute monthly events and recognition projects.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the monthly “new employee welcome” and set up engagement sessions between new staff and Executives.
  • Communication: Proactively create and drive Call Centre internal communications and project updates.

Secretarial & General Support

  • Executive Support: Act as a back-up to Executive PAs and manage professional email and calendar scheduling.
  • Meetings: Take minutes and distribute them; organize refreshments for walk-in clients and staff meetings.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain the Call Centre organogram and email groups.

โœ… Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Qualification: Certificate in Administration or Secretarial studies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
