🎯 Purpose of the Role
As an Aftercare Assistant, you will play a dual role: providing essential classroom support during school hours and ensuring a structured, safe, and educational environment for learners during the aftercare period. 🔑 Key Performance Areas
Classroom & Academic Support
- Teacher Collaboration: Work closely with phase and class teachers to ensure the smooth daily operation of the grade.
- Lesson Support: Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities under teacher guidance.
- Resource Management: Take responsibility for the care, organization, and safekeeping of school equipment and classroom stock.
Learner Supervision & Behavior
- Atmosphere: Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Behavioral Management: Support school policies by managing learner behavior in line with established routines.
Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties
- Sport & Culture: Assist with the organization and supervision of sports and cultural activities.

✅ Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
